Since our establishment in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki in 1986, Eglezakis has been creating bakery, confectionery, croissants and savory snacks for catering professionals, wholesalers and bakers.

Bread

The French believe that good bread is primarily tasty and crunchy and has a “homemade” appearance. 88% of French people buy their bread from the bakery. So we need a good knowledge of this market.

Egglezakis offers a wide variety of recipes and shapes: individual buns, baguettes for sandwiches, baguettes and large breads (loaves, loaves).


Our know-how in the fermentation techniques (yeast, poolish, biga) and our handmade methods, allow us to offer rustic products and products with a rustic look with many variations in the filling and coating, such as sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds etc.
